I went a little while ago actually - October of 2009 to be exact. I don’t have family there (I’m not Italian, although that would be pretty cool, hah). I was, however, living in Rome for a few months and went up with some people for the annual mushroom festival. Tons of mushrooms, music, some crazy people from Naples, and 2 euro bottles of wine made for one faaaantastic weekend.
